⁣According to Hindu religious belief, Shiva, the supreme force, played an important part in the formation and development of Indian culture. He is commonly known as Shiva (or Mahadeva) in the northern region of India and Thillai, in the South. This deity is thought to be one of the three main energies that shaped the universe.
