"I say I am a learned saint, then, why are my actions different from what I say?
Why do I have hatred for people and God's creations when I should love all?
Why do I blame others when I cannot get what I want?
Why I'm not full of contentment?
Why do I judge others based on their caste, nationality, color, creed, and religious beliefs when we all come from the One and merge in the One?
Why do I give problems to others, and myself, instead of being the solution?
Why do I consider myself superior, based on my looks, gender, body, and the family I belong to, as I am only dust and ashes?
The learned saints say that you are not a learned saint; instead, you are a hypocrite, living out your own agenda and being a burden to society. You are not the one mentioned in the scriptures. You are not a Guru and cannot teach others about renunciation, while your own soul will continue to burn in the cycles of births and deaths. Aum Namaha Shivaya." Says Guru Ka Das Walia
"You cannot gain real spiritual knowledge without a learned teacher who can explain the inner meaning of spirituality. One can experience it by surrendering physically and mentally to the Supreme Self. As and when you achieve it, you get the feeling of Oneness with the One and then you can see the truth. Aum Namaha Shivaya." Says Guru Ka Das Walia
"Every day, thy fuels the fire, burns with the fire, suffers from pain and sadness, and asks why? Only to realise that thy has surrendered to the method of iniquity. The one who realises the One and adopts the path of spirituality, and surrenders to the path of righteousness will never fuel or burn in the fire of pain. Aum Namaha Shivaya." Says Guru Ka Das Walia
"Through tough times and good times, champions always ride together; that's the only way they know... So keep moving forward and forward, and don't look back. Aum Namaha Shivaya." Says Guru Ka Das Walia

But how can happiness actually be pursued? Research has shown that it is dangerous to pursue happiness. Iris Mauss a professor of psychology from the University of California at Berkeley, led research that found that people made to feel happier watching a video clip were actually more unhappy than those who just watched the clip. In the popular press, similar findings are repeated: Ruth Whippman ( New York Times ) argued that happiness is a "recipe of neurosis."

Who is Krishna
Lord Vishnu was conceived in the form of many creatures on earth, such as fish, wild boar, dwarf people, Rama, Krishna, and Buddha, as well as Kalki.
Krishna was conceived in Dwapara Yuga. He is the cosmic form of supreme cosmic energy. Hindu scholars say he was conceived in India 5000-years ago. He then stayed on Earth for 125 years.
The story of Lord Krishna's birth
Kansa the evil king heard about a prophecy saying that he would soon be killed by Devaki's eighth son. Devaki & Vasudev had to be in prison when Lord Krishna was conceived.
Kansa held them captive in order to kill the eighth-born son. Vasudev, however, transported the child outside the prison. He was born. He switches the baby boy and the girl child in the village Gokula with the village chief Nanda and Yashoda.
Krishna, the Lord of All, is a young boy who defeats his uncle during a fight. This kills him and restores Mathura to his grandfather's throne. Krishna was a young adult who had the ability to accomplish the impossible. He was more than average.
He wanted to teach people how to live happier life. Arjuna is informed about Bhagavat Gita's principles. He states that despite being unborn and having a transcendental body that never deteriorates, he is still the lord among all sentient entities.
Lord Krishna represents the human form unboundless Lord Vishnu.
He becomes Arjuna's friend and acknowledges all his previous births. He explains to Arjuna how the supreme information was beyond time or space limitations.
Bhagavadgita describes how Krishna is part of each living and nonliving cosmic entity.
Bhagavadgita reveals the ultimate secret knowledge of the universe
Mahabharata Krishna takes the role of Arjuna's charioteer and leads him to the victory of his life. For those who really desire to go spiritual, they can befriend Krishna and receive the one who leads them down this path.
What's reiki good to do?
Reiki therapy is based on the principle that energy flows everywhere. Spirituality, like Reiki therapy, is dependent on this energy. The Qigong (or Tai Chi) are two methods used in Reiki therapy to increase energy flow.
Scientific Explanation
The nervous system is responsible for both voluntary and involuntary functions of the body. The vagus nervous system, which is considered to be the reset key for nerve functions, controls the functioning and functioning of our autonomous nervous system.
People may become more anxious if the vagus nervous system is not functioning properly. Fear can make it worse. People may fear the same thing even though they have lost their fear.
Reiki Chakras
Reiki chakras are located along with the spine’s various points. Reiki and massage therapy aim to activate the chakra. If our chakras work properly, we will not experience anxiety, fear, depression, or other unknown symptoms. Meditation and being in a peaceful, natural environment can help to revitalize the inner energy.
How does reiki help?
Our aura absorbs negative and positive vibes from the environment. People who are depressed often can make you feel the same. Reiki therapy and spiritual methods of rejuvenation are good options to help nourish the aura. It offers ways to remove stressors from the system.
It is used to address the energy flow present at multiple junctions of the body. They are known as reiki chakras points. These energies are powerful. We don't realize that we are psychologically affected by many things found in our environment.
We pretend to be normal. However, within our own system, we have all the negativities.
