⁣I won't apologise for who I am
I don’t pretend to be someone I’m not. I like who I am and I won’t change that for anyone.
I have scars, nut that’s because I have a past. I am always learning and growing. I am not perfect but I’m a good person. I stand for traditional values, and I love with my whole heart. The older I get the more I realise I don’t have time to worry about people who don’t like me.

I can spend my energy on people who love me. I can’t change how people feel about me so I am just going to live my life and be happy. That’s what really matters.

⁣Birds will eat ants when they are alive. Ants consume the bird when it is dead. Things and times can change at any moment. Do not devalue or harm anyone in your life. While you may be more powerful than others, time is greater than your power. One match stick can make a million trees. To burn a million trees, you only need one matchstick. You never know what good will happen if you do your best.

"I say I am a learned saint, then, why are my actions different from what I say?
Why do I have hatred for people and God's creations when I should love all?
Why do I blame others when I cannot get what I want?
Why I'm not full of contentment?
Why do I judge others based on their caste, nationality, color, creed, and religious beliefs when we all come from the One and merge in the One?
Why do I give problems to others, and myself, instead of being the solution?
Why do I consider myself superior, based on my looks, gender, body, and the family I belong to, as I am only dust and ashes?
The learned saints say that you are not a learned saint; instead, you are a hypocrite, living out your own agenda and being a burden to society. You are not the one mentioned in the scriptures. You are not a Guru and cannot teach others about renunciation, while your own soul will continue to burn in the cycles of births and deaths. Aum Namaha Shivaya." Says Guru Ka Das Walia

"Thy says- "I have surrendered to the almighty, then, why so much pain?",
"I am one with the One, then; why is there them and us?"
"I have the knowledge of God, then; why so much indifference?"
"I have realised the One, and live in the One, then, why so much hatred?"
"Everything is yours, then; why so much attachment?"
"You are everything, then why so much desire?"
"Thy is nothing, but dust and ashes, then; why so much pride?"
"Thy realises that thy is nothing, but a hypocrite living his agendas of the mind, and not an awakened spiritual being. Aum Namaha Shivaya." Says Guru Ka Das Walia

"The Ones who attain the Supreme are like flowers. They give their fragrance whilst on the plant, or even after they have been plucked or even after they have been dried. Flowers are offered at birth, at death, during celebrations, in temples, churches, offices, and homes, and are part of all happy and sad occasions. Flowers are always spreading their pleasant fragrance, no matter where they are, and they are always pleasant to the eyes that see. They can be recognised by their fragrances anywhere. We all have one life and one opportunity to spread our fragrance which will remain even after the loss of our physical body. So life should be lived in a way to leave such fragrance through the way of life. Aum Namaha Shivaya." Says Guru Ka Das Walia

⁣Toxic People create chaos, drama, and chaos. They suck the life out of you, that much is true. But Toxic People don’t have to be a noxious mix of chemicals to be toxic. Sometimes, Toxic People are just negative people. Sometimes the weakest of human emotions can become toxic in just the right way-and if you’re being affected by Toxic People (and you probably are), it’s time to get out.

⁣Sage Agastya, who had the blessings Brahma, brought water to the South by obtaining water in his kamandalu from Shiva. He then traveled down south looking for the right spot from which the river would flow. He reached the Kodagu (Coorg), hills. He called Ganesha in disguise, and asked him the boy to help him hold the vessel as he searched for the perfect spot. Ganesha, in all his wisdom, chose the right location for the origin of river and set the kamandalu to rest on the spot. A Crow came to the vessel and sat down on it. Agastya then returned to see it and took it away. The kamandalu was upset by the flight of the bird, and water started to pour out. This sacred River Kaveri is a manifestation of Talakaveri Divinity, which manifests itself in many ways to benefit the people.

⁣Mudra can be used to signify a gesture, seal, or finger position. With the practice mudra, we are trying to harness energy in our hands and pair it with intention or conscious action. It is believed that our gestures using our hands and fingers allow us to directly influence the energy of the body's elements.

This allows you to honor your physical body, your emotional body, and even your mental body. Yoga mudras encourage the flow and energy of the subtle body, which will help you in your journey within. Subtle can also be translated to "that which is most delicate" or "that which is the most refined."

Even though you might not know what the word mudra means, you're likely more familiar than you think with hand gestures. Much of what we communicate is done using our hands.
