How to attain the state of bliss
In psychology, It is found people place too much importance to their self-esteem, safety and belonging. The state of bliss provides life-enhancing moments where we can achieve a path towards self-actualization. It also helps to move towards areas of work, which gives us deepest satisfaction. It makes us feel comfortable, peaceful and in sync with the surroundings and internal emotions.

When the scene of ego which creates separation between two individual melts. It is like the experience when we accomplish something difficult to realize. The purity of such bliss makes us feel awesome, powerful, and wise where we experience unconditional love for all cosmic creatures.

The best way is to connect with the Higher energies through meditation and practice of nishkam karma. Lord Krishna state “We are born on earth due to karmic debts.” Hence, we are bound to duties or karma where we have the rights to the work, but not to the outcome of our actions-good or bad. We should devote our actions to Krishna and allow the Higher Self to determine the outcome of our actions.
