⁣Prayers for Strength

Prayer is an intimate communication with the invisible one who appears to be part of all human activities. You can use meditation or sing. The goal is to be focused on the higher energies which govern our existence.

In the Bhagvat Gita, Lord Krishna say

To judge your actions, you need to look outside yourself. This meditation on self-inquiry increases alertness and improves mental and psychological outlook. If we believe the Supreme to be our only healer/friend, guardian/protector, then it is. No human body is able to match the power of the Supreme, which is in all creations.

Mantras

People can use mantras to promote repetition and inhalation/exhalation. This improves focus ability. God understands everyone and can be prayed in one's own language. Sanskrit includes energy-based sounds, like the Lord Shiva mantra.

One of the prayers that give strength is

O heavenly dad, as I rise today, my prayer is for your strength to guide me, your power to uphold me, and that your wisdom will guide me. Amen.

O heavenly soul, I pray for you to strengthen me in mind, body, and spirit. It helps me feel confident again because I know that you are always here for me.

In Islam "Allahu Akbar or Bismillaha AI Rahman AI-Rahim."

Buddhism 'Om Mani Padme Hum’ and Christianity Yesu Christu' are the mantras used to feel healed.

Sikhism says that "Ekonkaar" should be recited every day for 11 minutes to ensure spiritual protection and serenity. Many people who visit religious locations pray or make a request or petition for strength. Mantras and prayers can be recited with the mind, or one can use a bead for the repetitive recitation of it to practice.
