In societies where people are in need of help, religions and spirituality can be important. It can make people more content and help them feel better during times of difficulty.
Relationship to religion
While spirituality, religion, and spirituality are both closely related, there's a lot of variation between the two. Religion is tied to power. Religion reveals how people are different from animals. Research on various religious groups has revealed that certain religious thoughts, and other procedures, can reduce mental fatigue or boredom.
It is the most important part of each religion. But, it is also a nonreligious experience. Here one can meditate and spend time with the natural world to feel healed.
Yin/Yang Theory
The theory of Yin and Yang that represent darkness and light can also be applied to our lives. Regular practice of balancing Yin/Uang improves health. Spirituality can be a powerful tool to clear the clutter of emotions and allow you to feel lighter and more elevated. People gain weight when their fears are suppressed.
The accumulation and retention of fat in the body is primarily a defense mechanism to manage fear. Spirituality offers a way for you to know yourself and your life purpose. Spirituality can help you to let go of your past life-burdening baggage, such as negative patterns and behaviors.
Regular practice can lower hunger and physical demands. They may not feel depressed or anxious.
